Hi,

that is a setting that might help me but I can't find it and also not in the Debug Settings...

It's in v1.32.1.1 (experimental branch) debug settings. CTRL ALT S to open the debug settings floater, then type "TextureMaxResLevel" (or part of it) in the input line.
