The viewer itself would be rather easy to adapt for Windows ARM64 (aarch64) builds, based on what was done already for Linux (i.e. using sse2neon), but all the pre-compiled libraries would need to get a Windows ARM64 build created...
Time consuming, and I don't have a Windows ARM system to test it on.
But if you want to give it a try, be my guest !
