Post Start-up stall
Setting up on a new pc: Win 7 Home premium 64bit, i7 2600, 16GB RAM, GeForce GTX 560Ti

installed snowglobe Cool VL Viewer v1.25.0 then CoolVLViewer-1.25.0.37

Logged in ok but then stalls at 'waiting for region handshake' .....after about 10 seconds a popup window
advises that 'there may be a problem with the internet connection or sl servers'. Any idea what's up ?

Now installed Second Life Viewer 2 which is running fine

It's obviously a network issue: check the settings of Windows firewall and make sure that the viewer got permission for contacting the network...
