Hi i have downloaded cool vl and works fine. except can not connect to voice. i get this error

I cannot reproduce this issue in Windows XP or Windows 7 (32 and 64bits). Without a proper log, it's impossible for me to diagnose anything (please, follow the bug report forum rules).

Usual suspects for such crashes are:

• Missing/badly installed VC runtime libraries (SLVoice.exe uses the VC8 runtimes): see this thread, for example (though, it was more dealing with a VC10 runtime issue: the principle is the same for VC8).
• A badly configured firewall that blocks SLVoice.exe.
• An overzealous anti-virus software that mistakes SLVoice.exe for a virus or redirects its I/O operations.
• A virus.
