As I have no data for reproducing it I just post it here instead of the bug forum.

This happens every now and then (see picture). And there it's quite hard to get this fixed. For non-rezzed mesh it often helps to just look away with a solid prim between you and the mesh, then it appears mostoften, but if the rigging is broken like this, it doesnt help. I see the avatar borked.

I never saw this happening and can't reproduce this quirk... Driver issue ?

It's not happening that often. Usually only in very lagged, crowded, slow-rezzing places.

When it happens, try "Advanced" -> "Rendering" -> "Reset Vertex Buffers" and see if it fixes the issue.
