Picks items sort order

(I think it used to be in ascending order by string) I used Cool VL Viewer 1.32.2.57 (linux x86_64 / own build [GCC 13.03])

With the legacy UDP messaging protocol for avatar profile info, the server used to send the picks in the order in which they were created by the owner of the avatar. This is however no more true with the new HTTP/capability protocol. I added an option to sort by pick name for next release.
