After having used the Greenlife viewer I really wish that the Cool Viewer would allow access to the additional decimal places in the build menus.
Other then that Thank you for your hard work. I know that with all the half-assed changes that LL has done to the viewer recently, you must be feeling frustrated.

That's an unusual request... Not sure I will do this, since it might be a bit overwhelming for the mundane user/builder to have to deal with 4 or more decimal places, but you can easily change it by yourself: edit the skins/default/xui/en-us/floater_tools.xml file and change all occurrences of decimal_digits="3" for decimal_digits="4"...
This said, when I build very small objects (which are the only reason to want more precision than 1/1000th), I build them as large objects first, then I reduce their size when I'm done. It allows for a much better precision in relative positioning of child prims and 3 decimal places are then more than enough.

Those additional decimal places are also good for correcting prim drift.
