It's indeed a fix anyway: the original (LL's) code was considering that "system folder" was synonymous to "non-movable folder" and only tested for the latter for the inventory folder sort order, which became a problem when I marked some system folders ("Received Items" folder but also, on OpenSim grids, the "Current Outfit" folder since it's not needed there) as deletable (and thus movable too).
