Cool VL Viewer forum

When saving textures to my hard drive, I have to manually enter the .tga file extension for each and every image I save. I have to do this, because otherwise I run into problems with several programs of mine that choke on opening the file (or refuse to even show it in the file dialog) unless the .tga extension is added.

The fix will be part of the next Cool SL Viewer release.

If possible, can downloaded textures also be saved in the png format, rather than .tga? I've had problems before with having to waste time converting textures to png so that they could be read by other programs, such as kflickr
