The above URLs seem correct, but:
all give a 404 error and should instead be:
http://tanglegrid.com/contact.php
http://www.tanglegrid.net/web_interface/index.php?page=create
http://www.tanglegrid.net/web_interface/index.php?page=forgotpass

I suggest that you update your grid info file so that all the proper URLs are retrieved when using the viewers' grid manager...

I do not "sponsor" any specific grid, but I make sure that my viewer stays compatible with OpenSim and SL servers: you are therefore welcome to cite the Cool VL Viewer among the compatible viewers for your grid.

I tried to register to your grid, however the captcha doesn't show at all and the registration fails. Please, correct your web site code and let me know when it is functional. Only fully functional grids are added to the default grids list.
