I'll keep these requests in mind, but they would be very low priority on the TODO list.

These are very "geeky" settings (things that most users won't care about neither need to change) that you also don't change every day: they are available as debug settings and will be kept this way.

FBO is useless when deferred rendering (shadows) is off and is automatically switched on when deferred rendering is on, so there is no need for a separate setting (that would only cause havoc if you change it in the wrong rendering mode)...

Err... no offense, but if to judge from your spelling, my English seems better than yours...
