I wonder how hard this would be to do... What I want is that when I start to camera around, the various popup windows (chat, inventory, all that stuff) are stuck to an invisible wall, just behind my av. So as I zoom in, they fly off-viewport, as if I have dodged past them. The instant I let go of the Alt key, my POV is returned to that spot. Maybe this could be shift-alt behaviour, so I could cam myself up (say when on a poseball, fnarr fnarr) in the traditional way with alt, then go into "no window" cam mode. This idea came up when I realised that Mouselook is kind of similar - but you can't steer the cam around, just yourself! |

I'm afraid I have no time to devote for implementing such a feature. Your best bet is to post a feature request on the JIRA. |
