Add an option to change the emote short ":" to ";" or allow both.

Now often when the shift is missed or not pressed fast enough i get ; before an emote line.
When ";" is allowed as short for "/me" it will be even more easier to emote (less typing)

Hm, this really depends on the keyboard layout, I guess. If I miss the Shift key on : on german keyboard, I will get a . instead. :-)

So this more sounds like "add an entry field for allowing an emote character of your choice". Default to ";" as probably the US keyboard layout is the most used, and editable to any other character.

Good thinking, i didn't took other layouts in to account.
