Apparently, the patch used to fix libepoxy crashes when using multiple shared GL contexts introduces another bug, which causes the viewer process to stay forever in memory after exit. I worked around it for next release, and reported the issue to libepoxy devels, so that they may investigate and fix it...
For now, the only workaround with v1.30.1.2 is to kill it manually (after normal viewer exit) via the Windows task manager...

Fixed in today's v1.30.1.3 release.
