Known bug: random crashes on exit with 1.30.0.30/1.30.1.13

I have experienced two crashes on shutdown with v1.30.0.30/1.30.1.13 under Linux.
Despite the lack of a proper/informative crash dump for them, I think I nailed down the cause (stale image decode or texture cache operations queued in the related thread pool when the texture fetcher shuts down) and so far, the putative fix I implemented for next releases seems to have cured them.
If you encounter such crashes, especially under Windows or macOS, I am yet interested in the crash dump (Windows) or stack trace (macOS) you would get, to confirm that the crashes indeed happen in the places I inferred.

I haven't had a crash on exit (or any other crash) since I've been running 1.30.0.30 on my Mac, but I'll keep an eye open.
