Apparently, you got all the necessary libraries for the webkit plugin. Try the same with SLPugin and cool_vl_viewer-bin and see if any library is reported missing or points to a 64 bits library instead of a 32 bits one (all libraries should point in either /usr/lib32/ or the viewer's own lib/ directory, but not in /usr/lib/). If you still find no missing dependency, then the issue with your distro's 32bits OpenGL driver... Please, seek support from your distro's forum or from someone using the same distro as yourself and who got the viewer running on it (it seems g0rd0ngrfr33mailgr got it running).
It's nothing of importance here. It simply means the register_secondlifeprotocol.sh script could not register the secondlife:// protocol handler with the KDE browser (if you don't have KDE installed, then it's perfectly normal).
