Kaspersky is well known for its false positives, due to the "heuristic" algorithm it uses (i.e. it tries to spot "suspicious" code sequences in excess of virus footprints: of course such robotized guess-work often leads to lamentable failures among which many false positives).
Just use another free antivirus which isn't based on the highly unreliable heuristic algorithms but on a daily (or even hourly) updated virus footprints database instead. I'd recommend ClamWin.
