Hi Henri,
So I've had this issue for a long while. I'm not even sure if any past versions of Cool VL ever worked. But this only happened in SL and not in DN. When I login to SL I do not rez at all and a cloud no matter how long I wait. I have noticed that non of my body parts are being worn like: skin, shape, eyebrows, eyes, and my alpha mesh SMB body. There are also some items that do not get attached as well like: clothing and accessories. But other items do get attached for some reason. I have in the past made new outfits to see if that would help, but no. When I sign in I have to go into my Inventory and right click on my outfit folder and click on "Add to outfit." I then rez partially. My face and mesh body alpha are grey and will not rez even if I click on the Red Shirt at the top right of the screen. I have to go into Appearance to fully rez myself. However, the Red Shirt icon still shows and never goes away.

2017-01-26T17:42:09Z INFO: LLInventoryModel::loadSkeleton: Successfully loaded 754 categories and 8220 items from cache.
It looks like two items got an invalid name (with a pipe symbol in the said name, which is not considered a legal characters and should normally not be possible to use when renaming an item) and many invalid inventory links.

There may be an inventory issue with your avatar either with the cached inventory (as a result of killing the viewer while it was logging out ?), or server side with the COF. Proceed as follow:
  • In Advanced -> Caches, click "Clear inventory cache (after restart)".
  • In Advanced -> Character, verify that "Restore outfit from COF" is checked (if not, check it: it will ensure the viewer will restore the outfit following the COF contents, whatever it is...).
  • Press CTRL ALT S to open the debugs settings, type "curr" in the input line, which will cause the "HideCurrentOutfitFolder" setting to get selected/displayed: set it to FALSE.
  • Open the Inventory floater and the "Worn tab", then right-click on each listed folder and select "Take off items" so that your avatars wears nothing in the end, but for the body parts (if some attachments refuse to detach, it's the sign that the sim and the inventory asset servers do not agree on what is worn: just ignore it for now since the relog should fix it).
  • Select the "All items" tab in the Inventory floater, then select "File" -> "Reset filters" from the floater menu. This will cause the COF to show up if not already shown.
  • Open the COF, select the first item in it, then SHIFT click on the last item so that all items get selected. Right click on one selected item and choose "Delete", then press CTRL ALT R to rebake (the viewer will then re-populate the COF with fresh links to the worn body parts).
  • Log off and log back in. Your avatar should rebake once the inventory has fully loaded and you should be able again to change outfits. You may then re-hide the COF (with the HideCurrentOutfitFolder setting) and/or switch back to non-COF-based outfit restoration (if you are only using the Cool VL Viewer: else, it's best to keep the restoration from the COF).

Thank you Henri! The first attempt didn't work so I had to go through the steps 3 times before it took! However there is this item that keeps attaching to me called "#LSL<->Client Bridge v0.04". I have no idea what it is and the date is from 2010 when I got it. So I just deleted it and hope it doesn't come back. But now I am rezzing every time I login to SL. I guess this wasn't a bug after all. Sorry about that! :)

That's Firestorm's auto-creating, auto-attaching (on an illegal attachment point !) LSL "bridge" (an item they use to gather info from things that viewers cannot get from servers but that scripts can get)... A real nuisance...

OK so I logged on today to SL and everything I did yesterday is undone. I have my original problem back, non of my body parts are being attached or worn. I went into the COF folder and it lists what she be worn but it's not.

There's little more I can do for you... This is not a viewer bug, but an inventory issue. I gave you a recipe that you may apply by yourself to try and repair your inventory, but if you are still encountering issues, your best bet would be to ask to LL support to run their inventory cleaning/repairing script on your avatar...
