Oh, I didn't want to make you feel bothered... I'm really sorry for the inconveniences.
I did read the tool-tips (and not only once) - the one in this regards says: "When this setting is enabled, touching or editing an object that is beyond the configured distance
does not make your avatar 'pointing' at it (...), thus not broadcasting this info to surrounding avatars' viewers."
I understood it, in particular the first part, that the avatar is not doing it at all - and in addition to that it is not broadcasting this to other avatars' viewers, too. That is why I didn't look further for that specific task and I totally oversaw that relevant Cool Feature.
May I suggest to change the tooltip (and the related one "Do not look at objects..", too) to make it more clear to the users that this setting is only for other avatars' viewers and will not change the behaviour on the users own viewer? E.g. starting the tool tip like that: "This setting is
only effecting other avatars' viewers and does not change the behaviour of your own avatar on your own viewer! If you want to de-activate turning the avatar around to face selected objects please use the Cool features/Animations setting for it."
Thanks again for your fast reply and help!
