No matter what viewer I use it logs me out after roughly 5 minutes and seldom that length of time. I was hoping that Cool VL Viewer would be better but it still happens yet I am on an upgraded computer.

I did notice that the client bridge was in the objects menu when I tried logging in in Cool VL tonight could that be a cause of my problem and where can I find where to create a new Client bridge in Cool VL?

I was told that more ram would help solve my problem yet my son just says that it's a (please excuse this but it's his words) crap programme and that I should stop using SL. Who is right and I don't mean about me having to stop using SL

This is most probably a network issue (search this forum for MTU, and check yours), but it's hard to tell without any log (see the rules of the bug reports forum to learn where to find them and what relevant info to provide).

I don't support Phoenix... This forum is exclusively dedicated to the Cool VL Viewer.

I know but my problem is effecting Cool VL viewer also since I downloaded it hoping it wouldn't be prone to the same problem.

Then provide the Cool VL Viewer log file !... Again, see the rules in the bug reports forum.

Sorry, I thought that the SL dmp file covered all viewer crashes.

Just a message to let you know that my problem is a 50 year old phone cable not SL or any viewer. So perhaps it's another thing you should ask people to check in future?

Like I guessed in the first place (see my first reply above): "This is most probably a network issue..."
